Tom came to quote up my job quickly, and gave me an honest assessment of work needed whilst putting my mind at ease. I did not proceed with the job in question, however his quote was reasonable and his communication through out was spot on. I would definately recommend and will keep his number for future use.
My career in roofing began in 1978, predominately on new build developments. In 1987, although continuing with the new builds, I began to branch out into domestic roofing. This included re-roofs, extensions, repairs and leak investigation. Alongside this, in 2010 I took a Contracts Manager position with a national roofing company, In this role I am responsible for the labour and materials required for various developments in the South East. It is also part of my role to oversee the customer service team. My contacts within the industry enable me to obtain very competitive prices on materials. The initial estimate for replacing two roofing tiles was £150. However, upon inspection, additional necessary work was identified. Instead of providing a revised quote, the contractor proceeded with the extra tasks and invoiced me for £1950. To exacerbate the situation, the quality of the work left much to be desired. The newly installed tiles were of a completely different color, and the sealing standard near the ridge was notably unprofessional.

Right Choice Roofing were excellent. 512 characters isn’t enough to do them justice, the original builder of our extension roof cut lots of corners but Mark and Martin set things right, quickly, efficiently and very cleanly. To back this up, a lengthy guarantee on something they did not build but only corrected is hugely appreciated and valued, including helping compile a report of the discovered issues.
