His work was to a very high standard and he was able to provide practical solutions when problems arose - such as floor not being level. He was able to do plumbing, carpentry and tiling so it saved me having to employ various tradesmen. He kept me up to date with messages and pictures so I could see the progress of the work. Do not use this tradesperson. We needed a skylight fitted, and this company quoted for the job. We paid a deposit the same day we got the quote, and agreed a start date. The job was delayed a week by them, and when the new date came, they didn't respond to messages. After several days of silence, they replied to make excuses and arrange a new date, which they also missed. After four weeks of delays, we requested a refund, but they refused as they had "bought materials". We are pursuing further action. DNU

Rang within 5 minutes of putting the job online. Arranged a time with Vincent for later in the day. Came on time. Went up to have a look at the tile that had slipped. Said it was the only one and that there were no others that needed doing. He thought the roof looked good. Agreed a price and he fixed it within 10 mins. Really quick and a gud job done. Paid him through transfer and he left saying any other problems please get in touch. A very nice man. Would definitely recommend.
