I had this roof replaced in February and it has failed already. The company I used was via Rated people. Not sure why I used this app again, given my experience, but I did. Gus has replaced this and my other flat roof. He carried out the job promptly and cleared up completely. So far, I think he has done a great job. The leaks have stopped. Assuming the roof doesn't fail again, I would recommend Gus without hesitation. I will return to update my review in a year's time when I hope there will be no problems

I had an issue with three fence panels and a few posts that were weak . I had a quote after I had put up the job with photos but there was actually more damage due to the winds . A tree had to be sorted out too . All this was done in a professional manner . Rich explained everything before doing the job including the price . A tree that was leaning over had to be sorted . The building work that D and A Services conducted on my behalf was satisfactory and the people themselves were helpful doing additional bits of work that required attention and buying my choice of paint. However I was very disappointed with the quality of the paintwork that finished off the project. Particularly as I had specified that only professional tradesmen should apply. It was apparent that painting is not within their skill set and I now have had to hire professional painters to put things right.
