Arrived early at every point! Were helpful and honest, I asked about things I thought needed replacing and they were honest that they didn't need doing! An honest, hardworking firm who provided good value for money. Quality of job was very pleasing and they cleaned up after themselves! Brilliant I can't be more positive. We haven't had a massive rainfall since so not 100% certain all is ok but as certain as can be. Very very pleased

Rob has been excellent from the beginning to the end. He's fitted a new worktop with upstand and rebuilt an existing kitchen unit to fit new layout, giving my tired kitchen a new lease of life. Paul of Forwood joinery fitted a new loft hatch for me. He was very prompt at giving me a quote which was very reasonably priced. The nature of the job was unavoidably messy but Paul tried his best to keep this to a minimum by covering the walls and carpet. I am very happy with the work he carried out and would definitely use him again. I have recommended him to friends, one of whom has since used his services. Thanks to Mark and his team for a great job. The price was excellent as was the quality of the work. The job was completed very quickly and would have been done even quicker had there not been a slight delay on the tiles arriving which was the fault of the supplier, not MD Property! I was taken up to the roof to inspect the work at close quarters and decided the chimney breast needed some TLC too. No problem, job done at minimal cost. Give them a call I really don't think you will be disappointed.

Responded quickly and plumber visited today, temporarily stopped the leaking until the pipe can be replaced and bathroom re-fitted / completely re-furbished . Resolved the issue and prevented any further damage.

Andrew did a great job. Sourced the right bricks to match existing wall, worked through the rain digging out the soil to build the support and his brickwork is very good. He fixed the problems with the gate and we are very pleased with the finished job.
