Attended within hours of putting my request into Rated People for work on roofing repairs around a leaky dormer window.. Gave me two cost options for the job depending on what I needed doing and was then able to complete the work that afternoon. He explained to me what he had done with his team and showed photographs of the work he had completed. Very efficient. Due to the roofer making substandard repairs to my roof last year, a continuos leak caused the landing ceiling to collapse. I put the job on the 'rated people' app and withing a few hours, Richard Hunter from R&H roofing got in touch. He was very reassuring on the phone, so I made an appoint for him to survey the job. The lads arrived on time for the survey and were very polite and courteous. They carried out a very thourough and efficient survey, pointing out the problems and showing me the evidence.

-10 Do not use a guy from Grimsby called Ryan. Felted small shed roof, very few roofing tacks used and was not sealed down. No removal of old felting only patched up. Blown off within TWO Weeks was a total Botched Up Job, quoted £500 then told needed another £200 after job done...Just taken advantage of an elderly man.
