Homecraft UK Ltd were of no help with general gardening by their own admission although that was what I had requested. However they did contract to clean, repair and renew the guttering and replace and fix any broken and missing roof tiles. Was quoted a higher price for the job to be done, promised the job will be guararanted and as I was worried about the leak could get worse especially with the weather forecast getting worse and the bank holiday weekend, I had no choice but to agree for the job to be carried out. After completing the job I paid part cash and part bank transfer. I was promised an invoice a d guarantee by email. Despite contacting them I haven't received the written guarantee nor the invoice for the job not even a reply!
