Henry is spot on in identifying the issue. He and his team were very efficient and manage the project really well. They worked hard and update the progress/issues frequently in the midst of unstable weather conditions. Their service is at the top rank of all projects done by my other tradesmen. I recommend their service but you have to consider the cost as the good service comes with a higher cost.

The job was completed on Tuesday by a very friendly and helpful young man. He was local, came round to have a look the same day, then booked the job in the following week. He came over as being very knowledgable and quoted for the materials, labour and clearing away afterwards. I was at work when he finished the job, but when he came for payment, he told me to contact him should immediately if the any future issues at all. I had this roof replaced in February and it has failed already. The company I used was via Rated people. Not sure why I used this app again, given my experience, but I did. Gus has replaced this and my other flat roof. He carried out the job promptly and cleared up completely. So far, I think he has done a great job. The leaks have stopped. Assuming the roof doesn't fail again, I would recommend Gus without hesitation. I will return to update my review in a year's time when I hope there will be no problems
