They said the work would be £14000, if we paid cash it would be £9500 we paid in cash, they did not give us any paperwork to show what work was to be done, notator show we paid them, they said we had a 4 year warranty, They did not finish the work, on the part of the roof they replaced we still have a leak, we have no contact with them.

Arranged to come out didn’t turn up I had to contact him again to see if he was coming then I get a reply saying he can’t get round to all his jobs shouldn’t have paid for the lead if you can’t turn up on time or a simple message to reschedule would have been the best thing to do

We are currently building a house from start to finish in Heysham which you can view, we have on board a part P electrical along with a gas safe heating engineer, we have a roofer who carry’s out all our roofing needs. All our lads are qualified and hold all certificates etc. We always send new customers to view our last jobs and lease with customer asking any questions regarding builds. Prompt visit by Mark with competitive quotation-which resulted in lowest of 3.Discussed other necessary work needed but put under no pressure to have it done.Decided to proceed with additional repair work and vast majority completed in one day-(4 roofers).Whilst generally satisfied with repair work done, some finishing could have been more pleasing if additional time had been spent on it. Overall staff were polite, helpful & willing to come back if any issues arise. Note - Roofing work is not cheap! 4.5*

Hired them for chimney pointing and lead flashing repair. Arrived late after initial payment and did a substandard job, failing to meet my clearly defined requirements. Returned to fix it, but still not up to standard. I requested an invoice, which James promised to send upon final payment, but never received it despite multiple reminders. The work felt like a patchwork job rather than a professional repair. Poor communication and quality—would not hire again and can share pictures of their work if needed.
