He definitely knew his stuff, and nothing was too much trouble. James also explained about having a rubber roof if I wanted, which at the time never entered my mined. Avoid at all cost. Very shoddy work. Contacted several times, with photos to show what was wrong. I was promised by Russ he would come by and put right the work himself, that was five months ago. Complete shit show
