Dean (& Winston) arrived on time and set about the job as soon as 'they' arrived on site. Dean does take photos and videos to show what needs doing and the results of his labours. Thankfully, he also pointed out that one of my other chimneys was about to fall off the roof so he quickly made a repair while he was up there. The initial estimate for replacing two roofing tiles was £150. However, upon inspection, additional necessary work was identified. Instead of providing a revised quote, the contractor proceeded with the extra tasks and invoiced me for £1950. To exacerbate the situation, the quality of the work left much to be desired. The newly installed tiles were of a completely different color, and the sealing standard near the ridge was notably unprofessional.

Blown off within TWO Weeks was a total Botched Up Job, quoted £500 then told needed another £200 after job done...Just taken advantage of an elderly man.
