I can undertake Slate and Tile roofs of all types,including Natural Slate and Decorative Slate finishes, Sheet Leadworks,Brickwork and Pointing ,Roofing and Carpentry, Repairs and Overhauls. I am a Registered Contractor of The Desmopol Liquid Membrane .Flat Roofing System,which in my personal opinion is one of the best available in Britain today.Far better and more versatile than Built up Felt,Epdm,or Single Ply. It is Cold applied so there is no Fire Risk. Great for Overlays of existing Roofs, New Roofs, Terraces and Walkways. For a Number of years , I also had a Solar PV company ,installing over 40 systems in London and the South East. My clients have included Churches,The Grosvenor and Dulwich College Estates,and a long list of satisfied Domestic Customers.
Ultimately the repair failed so we changed roofer. Sadly the next two roofers failed as well.

Good work (probably) but terrible to deal with. Put a lot of moral pressure on me to pay in full before last bit finished. 'I'm not interested in your money, I'll come and do the last bit anyway' etc .Have not returned and not contactable. No guarantee for most of the work as just not providing one.

I have concerns about the validity of this contractor; I have been advised by an independent contractor that the work is of a poor standard and will need to be rectified. I also have evidence of dishonesty. He told me he needed extra money to replace wooden battens but refused to provide a receipt. Ii have security cameras and it was clear that he had not delivered them. The following day he said that his contractors had 'cut off the rotten bits' and used concrete. I am taking legal action.

I hired them to fix a long-standing leak; initial communication was good. The repair, done by what seemed like subcontractors, was shortly followed by a new leak. They denied responsibility, but an independent inspection found clear deficiencies. They had also promised 15 years warranty, but failed to provide promised papers despite multiple requests, and have since ignored all communication. Considering legal action.
