I had a leaky gutter from poor workmanship by a previous company and I contacted Joe via Rated People. He was quick to respond with a quote and was able to fit the job in, in a reasonable time span. He worked on a really cold day replacing the defective gutter with a more suitable product. He also replace the felt on our garage roof and added decorative edgings to tidy up the look of the property. He was efficient and tidy removing all the rubbish. I would highly recommend him and use again.

It's that time of year.roofing guttering and repair. I have 28 years experience in the building trade. I started out training as a stonemason which lead to general building and am qualified in both. Tom was not hired on this occasion for my posted job. I tried to remove/close the job post, but a glitch means I can not do so. I can only place a rating. It would be unfair to rate Tom as anything less than 5 stars as he did communicate a quote but wanted 50% up front. If I had not found a tradesman with immediate availability, it may well have worked out differently.

Fantastic service from Cristian - was quick to respond to the initial request, I sent him some photos and he quoted straight away, and then was here 3 days from making the request. Extremely pleasant guy who clearly knew what he was doing and from start to finish I couldn't be happier. He also fitted a chimmney cowl that I had whilst up on the roof as part of his original quote. If you want someone to do a great job, will leave the place spotless and DON'T want a dodgey roofer then he's your man.

Listened. Did the job that was asked of them. Called when they were running late to let me know they were still coming. Job was finished on time. Haven't dropped a star for being a couple of hours late as traffic etc. can easily do that and the job was still finished on time. Neighbour asked for same work to her garden after seeing mine. Another neighbour asked for tree work following my work.
