I am giving 1 star for turning up .my problems still exist Daniel said he fixed the leaking water and sorted out guttering but there's still water coming in house and guttering is still leaking didn't give any paperwork of 15 year guarantee once full payment made,I have tried again and again for him to still fix the problem he said he would but hasn't turned up avoid this guy

Their communication was good and they kept us informed of changes to the schedule (delays due to rain) and progress. They were punctual and the standard of their work was very good and the finish was professional. They were very friendly and helpful. The only issue was an underestimate of the cost of materials (lead). Otherwise a very good job.

We are a small but capable building company. The images attached to my profile shows our current project. 6 new homes in Dursley. These are 5x 3 story homes and 1x 2 story home. This project has been completed over the last 14 months with some major structural complications that we have over come with skill and perseverance. 3 types of retaining walls implemented to help secure the land. Complicated foundations, both in depth and location. 36 pile foundations at a depth of 9 meters. My company can provide a structural engineer, architect, our own in house Gas safe engineer and all the trades to complete your project no matter how small or big. For those that require it we are registered with Advantage Structural Warranty allowing us the ability to offer a 10year structural warranty for new builds. ROOF LEAK AFTER HEAVY RAIN After picking up the job on Rated People Adam attended and within 48 hours provided a broad quote for the work needed, additionally cautioned me as to the possibility of necessary work not immediately apparent at first sight. Adam and his friendly, competent team arrived as arranged, did a good job to roof verges, Ridges, Valleys, replacing tiles and cleaning up the site daily. They did a brilliant job fixing a leaking roof, which was causing me a lot of issues which could of led to serious structural damage. Turned up at short notice, and diagnosed what the actual problem was with the roof, which initially was thought to be something else, honest feedback was given, the full details of the job was discussed clearly, excellent communication skills which I appreciated. The lads turned up and completed the job, efficiently and cleanly. Will use again in the future.
