It must have been just good luck to have found Ethan Frayling. He and his two sons did a very good job. They are friendly, diligent and honest. When they finished they cleaned up and the house looked as if nobody had been there. That is quite unusual I find. Was quoted a higher price for the job to be done, promised the job will be guararanted and as I was worried about the leak could get worse especially with the weather forecast getting worse and the bank holiday weekend, I had no choice but to agree for the job to be carried out. After completing the job I paid part cash and part bank transfer. I was promised an invoice a d guarantee by email. Despite contacting them I haven't received the written guarantee nor the invoice for the job not even a reply!
