Really quick response to the job posting. Quality of work was excellent and exactly as quoted. They replaced my gutters and fascias and also de-mossed the roof . Harry came and assessed the job and we agreed a price. Came one day later to start job due to previous job overrunning. Commenced work of taking gutters down then said he would need an extra £1500 for drip trays and I refused and Harry said well how much can you pay? We eventually settled on £750 . Work appears to be of good standard and the lads were very polite. But not happy I was asked to pay extra and think job hadn’t been assessed properly. When asked to pay Harry not keen on Credit card option.

I hired this company after a £1,500 quote from Anthony, who called the job "very bad." I trusted their rating. The two-hour job—replacing ridge tiles, repointing, and waste removal—ended up costing £1,800, including £300 VAT, which seemed high. Anthony promised an invoice but didn’t send it until I contacted Rated People. The invoice was flawed: no VAT number, my name misspelled, and an absurd total of £18,000. After admitting he couldn’t legally charge VAT, he offered a £300 refund, then stopped responding

Their communication was good and they kept us informed of changes to the schedule (delays due to rain) and progress.
