He definitely knew his stuff, and nothing was too much trouble. James also explained about having a rubber roof if I wanted, which at the time never entered my mined. I did go with the rubber roof in the end. James and colleague Dec carried out the work to a very high standard and completed the roof in 2 days. I would truly recommend them ????

First class. Arrived punctually, replaced blocked down pipe and corner piece of gutter. Cleaned the inside and outside of entire gutter going the dxtra mile to clean the gutter abov the conservatory which no one else has managed to reach since being installed about 30 years ago. One month later and still no response or updates from Alan, causing significant issues with the scaffolding company, who refuse to take down the scaffold until paid by Alan. Must have called him over 30 times now, will be getting Trading Standards involved.
