We chose DurdenBuild after a competitive tender process. Mick communicated well and provided a very competitive quote, although not the cheapest. We selected them based on the quality of the builds he showed us and his approach to the job. The work started on schedule and progress to date has been excellent. On what we've seen so far, we would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Tom was not hired on this occasion for my posted job. I tried to remove/close the job post, but a glitch means I can not do so. I can only place a rating. It would be unfair to rate Tom as anything less than 5 stars as he did communicate a quote but wanted 50% up front. If I had not found a tradesman with immediate availability, it may well have worked out differently.
The company provided a very competitive quote and commenced work promptly on the day agreed. When issues arose they were brought to our attention without delay and there were no hidden charges. We would certainly use the company again.

Both throughout the quotation and the build itself Tony was always available to answer any questions and to advise on details to ensure we got the result we needed. The job itself was completed to a high standard and the team were prompt and work hard working throughout to ensure completion on time and on budget. Fantastic service from Cristian - was quick to respond to the initial request, I sent him some photos and he quoted straight away, and then was here 3 days from making the request. Extremely pleasant guy who clearly knew what he was doing and from start to finish I couldn't be happier. He also fitted a chimmney cowl that I had whilst up on the roof as part of his original quote. If you want someone to do a great job, will leave the place spotless and DON'T want a dodgey roofer then he's your man.
