My names Tom, I have been in the real estate sector for over 10 years and have done everything from general property maintenance, new bathrooms, painting/decorating, demolition contracts and most recently constructed 9 ultra high spec homes. High quality and impeccable workmanship are key values to me and ensuring the client is satisfied and more with the work they are receiving. I have decided to further expand and diversify my business reaches and so my rated people account is new, however my experience in the industry is far from that. I am very well connected with all trades and can provide a top tier service for all types of project management no matter how big or small the job may be. I am also extremely capable at doing many manual labour jobs, but often favour a shorter timeline for my clients project completion and therefore prefer to draft in experienced trades to get the job completed. Tom responded very quickly. Arrived promptly at our agreed time. Very professional & offered more ideas. Stated quote would be in provided within 2 weeks so we are now just waiting for receipt. 4 stars only as no work commenced yet.
The end result was outstading and carried out in a very professional manner. The space we were working with was awkward and there were no bedroom/ wardrobe specialists who could create something in the space we had. Dom had one initial site visit and took all measurements down before completeing the work off site. The wardrobes, drawers and shelves were then fitted in one day. What was created looks as though it has always been there which is superb given the space he had to work with. Well recommended.
Fantastic service from Cristian - was quick to respond to the initial request, I sent him some photos and he quoted straight away, and then was here 3 days from making the request. Extremely pleasant guy who clearly knew what he was doing and from start to finish I couldn't be happier. He also fitted a chimmney cowl that I had whilst up on the roof as part of his original quote. If you want someone to do a great job, will leave the place spotless and DON'T want a dodgey roofer then he's your man.

Found I had a wall support that was literally moving. Alan came out had a look, gave a very good quote and when I said when can you do it the reply was "tomorrow !" Came as promised, did a great job, cleaned up after themselves. Would I recommend.... Deffinatly !

My definition of home maintenance is any jobs that involve checking, DIY, and basically maintaining(!) where you live. It’s about maintaining the structure, fixtures and fittings – and ensuring your home stays safe, secure and looked after for you in day
Gabriel did an amazing job with fixing an extractor hood in my kitchen, he even did some decorating where coving was cut out to fit the hood cover and filled screw holes & he did it perfectly... he is very reliable, fair, punctual, polite & competent in what he does & I will definitely will contact him in the future if I require any maintenance job in my house.
Definitely recommend! Needed work done ASAP and were able to quote and start work straight away. Quote was very reasonable and they stuck to it .. Even when a few extra jobs came up the final price was as expected. Will be moving house and have saved number for any jobs that need doing!
Paul and Dave did a great job. My garden was in such a mess!! Weeding was done, ivy growing around walls cut back. Worst job of all was the roots of a conifer growing under slabs. They lifted up slabs digging up and cutting back heavy roots. Slabs, including 3 further slabs were relaid. Added to that lawns were neatly cut. They tidied up after work was completed. Excellent work done in a professional way. 11/10 I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing work done
