He completed the roofing task assigned and gave a 7 year warranty. But there was a significant leak the very next day when it rained. I have called severally for the leaks to be repaired based on the warranty but my calls and messages have been ignored.

Local to me (NorthLondon) and came and did the job (clearing a drainpipe and the climbing plant that was blocking it) within a couple of hours of my posting. They also did an inspection of nearby eaves and roof and pointed out a couple of things that were slowly falling into disrepair. Ben, who headed up the work, is a great guy and very credible and professional.Their quote was higher than others, but i went with them because of Ben and his attitude when quoting. However, after the job, my view on his workers who repaired the roof, changed dramatically. I, as a complete novice, had put some alluminim roof repair tape over some cracked tiles...imagine my surprise when i found that the workers ended up doing that too.I think a tile must have cracked when they were fitting them..amateurs!
