Mark was great throughout the job, he came to view and provided a quote the same day. I cannot fault the work done, building us some new red brick steps, levelling ours and our neighbours path as well as rebuilding our Cotswold stone wall which had started to bow. Mark was friendly, polite and tidied/cleaned up at the end of each day. Mark was very efficient and had the job done in no time, but still with great care taken. We had a persistent roof leak issue during heavy rain. Response from Michael was really quick and came out over the weekend before oredicted heavy rain. They sorted the leak and also check the roof and identified some broken tiles etc which was sorted after few days. Really good team. Thanks guys.

I had this roof replaced in February and it has failed already. The company I used was via Rated people. Not sure why I used this app again, given my experience, but I did. Gus has replaced this and my other flat roof. He carried out the job promptly and cleared up completely. So far, I think he has done a great job. The leaks have stopped. Assuming the roof doesn't fail again, I would recommend Gus without hesitation. I will return to update my review in a year's time when I hope there will be no problems
