Andy and the team at Ampulla were very professional right from the initial visit up until project sign off. They were always on time and treated our home with great respect, ensuring their works caused minimal disruption. They have a great eye for detail and make sure all aspects of the project are completed to the highest standard, even if that means staying a little later or working over the weekend. Miles helped at such short notice and as my Mum is 97, he agreed to come on Sunday to fix her lighting so she’d be safe. He told us his call-out and hourly rate, messaged when he was a bit delayed, and diagnosed fault and fixed it . He explained everything and was very tidy, no mess at all. Would recommend him highly, cost was v reasonable and was very glad to find him.
