I tried giving a 0 rating but it wouldn't let me , i was quoted a ÂŁ50. Call out and a rate of ÂŁ 90 an hour ,to fit a cat flap for a 62 year old disabled man's door,who before getting kidney failure would have knocked this out in no time, and thanks but no thanks a minimum amount of ÂŁ 140,you should be ashamed of such daylight robbery, this could easily be done within an hour so ÂŁ 140, if only i could rate you at zero, and you would be lucky to get that

Absolutely horrific experience. No quote was formally given beforehand. Ali refused to give a price/estimate for the works, he just said he would fix the leak at a “reasonable” price then the bill came to £600. My newly fitted bath panel got damaged during the repair works. Then after a few weeks a leak was spotted again in the same area which resulted in water damage to the newly renovated ceiling. Thousands of pounds went down the drain. Highly unprofessional and wouldn’t recommend them.
