Sadly we arranged a day, no show, no contact nothing. I left a message (just one) asking to let me know if he was still coming. No response. Next day I received a message very early, no explanation, no apology! It wasn’t convenient for the job to be done the following day. Having discussed this in initial contact. Communication is key and when there is none confidence in the person goes. I was worried about the distance but was assured that it wasn’t an issue! Very disappointing experience.?

His quote was in depth, and communicated extra costs which occurred (due to problems found with the house being built in 1880) straight away. Due to a few issues we had rearrange dates a couple of times, however Tony did complete the job on a Sunday to get it done and completed which I thought was great.
