The job, (quite significant taking 2 days) was carried out by Jamie and Chris a short while later. They were always very friendly, organised and clean - the work was excellent. OVER A YEAR LATER, and a couple of the lights had stopped working and I contacted Russell. Within 2 days, everything sorted with no charge for the new lights or the service. Having used this company in the past I hoped our interactions during a request for a quote would be equally cordial. Unfortunately however after me disapproving of a rather high quote for which I attempted to get full clarification on what would be provided, I was met with irate anger and accusations. I can only assume I may have been mistaken for another client they may have dealt with in the past. Not a great way to deal with previous customers.
