Very bad experience. Terrible attitude & really bad worker. Damaged my walls & left loose wiring hanging out making it dangerous to even enter the room. Charged me £850 just to wire up 2 sockets getting source from another socket. Was supposed to connect wires to meter board but instead overloaded my socket & now constantly tripping fuse. Told me he will return the next day & will finish the job but has not answered his fone & has not replied to any messages. After trying to contact him for 3 days no reply.

Steve called immediately and arranged for someone to come and look at the job. I then had a no obligation quote. There was no pressure just honest information. I was kept informed and made aware of what could be done. They were both very polite and did not rush off for the next job. They asked if I was happy with everything before leaving. Imer recently helped me remove old kitchen cabinets and a light rail and install new ones. He was super professional throughout the whole project, promptly responded to all my emails / texts and went above and beyond to make sure the job was to a high standard. He provided me with very competitive quote, completed job when he said he would and his finish is brilliant. His way of dealing with customers is clam and professional.He did not ask me for penny upfront and all was paid after he invoiced me having finished the job.
