Russell attended the site (my home) to discuss the options and provided a prompt and very fair quote which I accepted. The job, (quite significant taking 2 days) was carried out by Jamie and Chris a short while later. They were always very friendly, organised and clean - the work was excellent. OVER A YEAR LATER, and a couple of the lights had stopped working and I contacted Russell. Within 2 days, everything sorted with no charge for the new lights or the service. I am not overwhelmed with the laying of my laminate floor the work was undertaken 5th-7th of December it was having to finish of a job another builder had started . The communication from Inder was not good all by text and told me a few times the floor is not of good quality neither the beading it was pretty good and expensive . When cleaning up they brushed up the dust and it looks filthy dirty where it stuck to the wet chalk they used ???? like mould I am fuming he won’t answer the phone
