Having spoken to Steve on the phone and by text, we agreed a date and time. However, Steve didn't turn up or call to say he wouldn't be coming. There was no answer when I called him and I have heard nothing further from him. The 1* is for the initial contact but I found that he is unreliable. Cannot comment on his work as he didn't do any

The guy never turned up! He messaged that he had trouble with his van and would reappoint. That was the last I heard from him. Not a good reflection on him and certainly not on your Company.
