Ricardo has come twice to work for me - he is efficient, tidy, thoughtful about problems, cleared up afterwards and was very pleasant to deal with. When he had to cancel/postpone/or was going to be late he gave notice and made clear re-arrangements. When an element of the work to be done became urgent Ricardo came promptly to help out.

Compulsory qualification checks are also carried out. My Staff are also trained and experienced in working around live networks (Power lines), as well as being authorised to work near the network by UK Power Network. Countryside Trees will conduct a wildlife survey in line with BS8596 on the tree or hedge before they start the task to protect wildlife such as bats and nesting birds. My staff will adhere to the company environmental policy and the method of work statements. If you live within a conservation area or have trees with TPOs (Tree Preservation Orders) on them I can complete all legal applications in conjunction with your relevant council on your behalf, this is a legal requirement if either of these apply to your tree. Countryside trees responsibly recycles all green waste that is removed from our work sites. Customers can choose to keep logs for fire wood or we can take away. -10 Do not use a guy from Grimsby called Ryan. Felted small shed roof, very few roofing tacks used and was not sealed down. No removal of old felting only patched up. Blown off within TWO Weeks was a total Botched Up Job, quoted £500 then told needed another £200 after job done...Just taken advantage of an elderly man.
Tiled our kitchen floor and made a disgusting job of it. Floor not even, corners sticking up, uneven gaps between tiles, used all the tiles but didn't do under cooker and dishwasher as asked and measured for. Will not return to sort out the job, they've promised to come sort it twice and both times haven't showed up, now won't reply to our messages. Would've been happier putting he money down the toilet!
