Available to do the job quickly, arrived at agreed time. Consulted at regular intervals to ensure progress was as required. Didn’t pressure into doing extra jobs for more money (not always the case). A good team who were all pleasant and friendly. Left the garden as neat and tidy as was possible. Happy with outcome, would use again.

Fast work however great at time. We've noticed a lot of chipped tiles and missing grout. I've tried to patch up. Also uneven in places. I should have checked more clearly. They turn up.on time etc but check work after........more thoroughly than I did.

Really happy. Good quote, sound advice, excellent communication. All in all an extremely professional service from honest, considerate and reliable tradesmen. John was fantastic when we had to delay the work for a few months and even kept to his original quote. The work done was to a very high standard and I couldn't be happier. Chris and his team did a great job on our garden design. I have used builders previously but Chris and his team are the most professional builders I have used. From the design stage to compeltion we were always kept upto date of the progress. Both me and my wife are very pleased with the work that was done. Would use these again and highly recommend to others.

Ccb sent me with a formal quote via this site to undertake; leadwork, repair broken rooftiles, put in garage drainage and provide a quote for painting the external wall. The rooftiles were not repaired, others were broken as the leadwork was done. The drainage is incomplete and Chris Cook collected the money for the painting on 7 July and has disappeared with £220>00 which is dishonest.I have made many, many attempts to contact him to return my funds. Dont trust this builder

Excellent work carried out by Gerry and Connor. Quoted very competitively , arrived to do the job on time was very helpful and polite,completed the work to a high standard and tidied up after themselves. Will be using them again for a couple more jobs we need doing.

We are very happy to recommend this company.They were excellent and the team were a real pleasure to deal with and have around. They gave a detailed quote and gave good advice helping us stay in budget without losing quality or the end design. They underestimated the number of days the work would take but we were happy to negotiate the cost - no pressure from them to do this, but we could see where the time was spent. Communication was also excellent & they turned up on time every time. Delighted!

As a single woman you tend to feel a bit like a gazelle being stalked by lions when dealing with tradesmen. However Damien was professional from the outset which gave me some peace of mind. I was given an itemised quote without asking, which I appreciated. I am very pleased with the work carried out and would happily recommend him to my best friend. In fact, I have asked for business cards to pass on to others looking for a reliable plumber.
