I needed a Salamander shower pump replaced. Fusion contacted me directly and very kindly managed to accommodate me on my preferred date. Having offered to cut my grass in writing on a specific date he failed to show up or notify me that he was unable to do so. Subsequently upon inquiry I was informed he was "too busy".
