called, took notes to give me a quote, have heard nothing since! That was 4 days ago and the leak continues!!
He did phone ahead to say he was 15 minutes away, but it was actually an hour. Everything else was OK, got a quote, and he answered the questions I asked.
I made 2 mutually convenient appointments with this chap and he didn't turn up to either. He then severed contact without reason.
