He was able to give good professional advice and helped me make informed decision but We had to call him back to plaster the wall which he should have done as part of his responsibility otherwise satisfactory overall
He did phone ahead to say he was 15 minutes away, but it was actually an hour. Everything else was OK, got a quote, and he answered the questions I asked.
I made 2 mutually convenient appointments with this chap and he didn't turn up to either. He then severed contact without reason.
