Alfie came round when he said he would and have us a good competitive quote on a combi boiler straight swop. He said he would come back within a week and install and he came back on the agreed day and did the job. Highly recommended.

Phil went above and beyond and has restored my faith in Tradesmen. He fixed the problem he said he would for the price he said he would. When that didnt rectify the problem he came back in the evening and spent a further 4 hours working out that the problem was further down the pipework and repairing that for no extra charge. Outstanding work and dedication and I would recommend Phil to anybody. Cant sing his praises enough.

Alan was a saviour. A different tradesman had made a complete mess of installing our kitchen; we feared the whole kitchen was a right-off. We posted looking for a new fitter to try and rectify as many mistakes as possible. Alan used all his skill and experience to steadily transform the ruined kitchen into exactly what we had envisaged. Hi guys! At a2z property maintenance we cover a wide range of services from kitchen installation to a new roof! We pride ourselves in keeping our work finish to a high standard. We have a joiner and a roofer with two labourers. Although we concentrate on kitchens and roofs,we also cover all aspects of property maintenance! Jet washing, plumbing repairs and flooring etc… I’ve attached a few photos of recent jobs and repairs. We are very reasonable on price and keep our work space immaculate. CHRIS TOMLIN This was not an easy task, hence the reason we wanted someone else to do it. IE cut 2 inches from a 1.5 inch think, 5 ft long 19th century slate mantelpiece. We were afraid of it shattering/splitting and all sorts. Chris did this and pieced together our beautiful reclaimed slate fire surround for a very very reasonable rate. 95% perfect but 100% if you don't use a magnifying glass. Would definitely recommend
Handyman, most aspects of work undertaken
Came to fit a new shower tray and enclosure 19/12 and fit a lintel over a fire which was done well.However the shower we found 2 days after, due to waiting for sealant to dry, is unusable as the water does not drain away and floods the floor, also the tiles they put on around the shower fell off the wall as they were not stuck on properly before grout. I had paid them the day the job was done .I asked Paul to rectify it and he said he would on 31/12,then didn't attend & told me to get another plumber !
