I'd been trying for well over a year to get someone to fix my solar panel array by removing a broken panel, and either nobody was interested in repair jobs and ghosted me, or they said expensive scaffolding would be needed. We had a leak coming from the pipework connected to the water tank. James identified the issue by us sending pictures and also by explaining on the phone. He was very communicative and kept us informed as to when he could do the repair. He and his colleague were really professional and knowledgeable. The issue was fixed within the time he had quoted and also the price. We were so pleased their work. Really nice tradesmen who we would definitely recommend.
