Andrew and his team did a complete gut out, redesign and extension to our house, the work was completed a year ago but I forgot to write a review. 3 new bathrooms, new plumbing, electric, everything. The work was completed to a very high standard and he said he guaranteed it, and in the last 9 months, any issue that has come up he has come over within days and repaired anything immediately. Gas fitter and plumber
Seem very professional with the work completed in a timely manner but radiators went back to faulty original state after 2 months. Professionalism is just a front. Should have at the very least 3 months guarantee. When asked why the radiators were faulty after 2 months via email, they advised they would call the following morning to discuss and didn't. Attempted contact through email several times and no response. Completely ignored. Avoid unless you want to throw your money away.

When the job was done the roofer gave us guarantee, stating that the guarantee was the reason for the high price. Less than a year later, the leaks reappeared, even worse than before. The roofer came and himself admitted the job was not up to standard and he had to fix it. When we reached back to schedule the fix, he stopped responding. We have been chasing for weeks and there has been no answer. I would not hire this plumber or roofer, they are not reliable and the standard of their workmanship is poor.
