James has fixed the immersion heater and loft board issue. I came across so many plumbers, but James is one of the best plumber, who communicates well and gives a commitment to the job. Also for landlord's who can rely on his work, as I had bad experience in the past with another plumber who hasn't done it well. But James is the best for his work and very reliable. What a nightmare! You could be forgiven for thinking removal and refitting of toilet mean they will refit back with no leaks. Not only did they leave me with a leaking bathroom for a week with damage to my walls and ceiling, they then wanted to charge me £150 labour to fix by replacing a valve!! I wish this review gave me the option to add pictures so you can see the extent of the damage and bad job they did. Small positive was that the tiling itself was mostly ok but will NOT use again!
