Alpin was on time and started off immediately and unblocked the tap within minutes. There were some problems with delivered items to be fitted and Alpin quickly saw a solution and did a careful and neatly completed job. Tom was not hired on this occasion for my posted job. I tried to remove/close the job post, but a glitch means I can not do so. I can only place a rating. It would be unfair to rate Tom as anything less than 5 stars as he did communicate a quote but wanted 50% up front. If I had not found a tradesman with immediate availability, it may well have worked out differently.
