I'd been trying for well over a year to get someone to fix my solar panel array by removing a broken panel, and either nobody was interested in repair jobs and ghosted me, or they said expensive scaffolding would be needed. However, when it came to doing the actual job he didn't show up the first time around and didn't respond to any of my texts/calls.
