I appreciate his clear and detailed communication on job needed, options provided, and consulting on fittings and materials. Very helpful, respectful, informative and honest. Was able to come and give us a quote very quickly which was reasonably priced. Additional work's were identified which also felt reasonably priced based upon similar quote. The leak's were fixed along with the chimney and lots of cement/pointing work. When I asked for additional photographs of completed works, James came around again to take photographs to show me how he had fixed the works. Would definitely recommend.
