When a homeowner works with my team, the process will look like this: - I offer a free visit to meet the client and discuss the job further, - Then I sent a quote and clearly explain what should be agreed before the job begins. I am always open to discuss end explain my quotes, - As soon as the job is confirmed, the client and my team agree on the start date, - We make sure the surroundings are protected before the job starts - We order the materials - We complete the job - When the job is finished, I always leave the floor protection for one day to make sure the client's expectations are met (or exceeded!) and once my client is happy I remove the floor protection and clean around. We are creative, we care and we exceed our clients' expectations. The protection of the surroundings is included within the initial quote, our highly skilled team of trade specialists focuses on high quality results and the materials supply and advising happen at no extra fee. Michael is friendly, professional and totally trustworthy. He did a great job, from helping with the details of the cupboard design so that it is in keeping with our 1900s house, to manufacture and installation all completed on time. Fantastic outcome, the cupboard is professionally finished and looks like it has always been part of the house. We have already used Michael for two other jobs, also completed to a high standard and would wholeheartedly recommend him.

We chose Quality Garden Offices to do our floor after reading previous reviews, We are so glad we did. Andrew, one of their carpenter’s turned up at the agreed times, we found out he does staircases so we got him to fit our new hand/baserails and spindles as well as laying our floor. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.
