So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.

I hired Tom trading as Plaster Master to repair bedroom ceiling and board the loft and install loft ladder and replace the loft hatch. He gave an honest estimate for the work and the time line needed to complete the project which he did on time. Horrible ,we had garage conversion done by Lee, 2 months after water started to leak from the ceiling, called him to check it, he came said he will take ceiling down, check if this is condensation, dry it and put it up again, we set the date to come and fix it, 7 months later nothing has been done, Lee didn’t answer any emails or phone calls, we had to take ceiling down ourselves to find out he cut pipe from bathroom fan just to make the wall look straight causing condensation

Absolute lier, I replied to you at 10 in the morning when you said you was sending a quote in the afternoon, I messaged you again gone 5pm and you didn't reply to me untill 7.30 AFTER I left a review. I can post a screen shot no problem. I said no rush asin dont worry doing it with the weekend, Just because I said I wanted it done in April doesn't mean take your time sending a quote as I am currently getting quotes from a few people.
