Gerasimos did a floor fitting for me in a bathroom and hallway. He did an excellent job. The hallway has 4 doors and he dealt with this really well, he followed every small detail and curve. He is very meticulous and the finishes are immaculate. If you have any other issues in the house he gives advice. He is tidy and cleans before he leaves. He is very calm and polite. I would recommend him to everyone and definitely use his services again.

Chose AFS to lay laminate flooring and skirting to my through Lounge, Adam was very professional, pleasant and helpful, he completed the job very efficiently and to an excellent level, making sure he consulted us on any issues he also managed to match up new floor with an older job, which other traders were reluctant to take on, overall an excellent job at a reasonable price. Tim and his team were always on time and very reliable. They did a great job even though they had the rain to deal with which is not what you expect in August. Checked that I was happy with how the work was progressing and kept me up to date. I would definitely recommend Gunner Gardens and would use them again.

Jack and his colleague did an absolutely superb job on making us some built in wardrobes for our bedroom. The qulaity of the work was to the highest standard. I will be recommending him to friends for sure and if you are looking for some work done, in my experience you won't find anyone better.

Visited the house, viewed the job, quoted a price and time to do the job. Turned up on time, did a good job and did NOT inflate the cost. Before leaving he left a phone number so he could be contacted to return should there be any problem with his workmanship. A very satisfied customer.

Build well planned, professionally executed and delivered within budget. Any issues discussed immediately and mutually resolved. Work force skilled, personable and respectful. Project completed in timely and continuous manner. Project well managed through bad weather and neighbours’ expectations. Minimal disruption regarding electricity, water and heating and consulted in advance of any period of down time. We are happy with the build and would unreservedly recommend Kingswest Developments.

First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. Left the flat in a good clean condition afterwards.
