This company was hired by me about year and a half a go to install laminate flooring in two bedrooms and landing area. Prior to that I have used exactly same flooring but different installers for another bedroom with no issues. The flooring boards now became disjoint in many places which may be due to there being too large gaps left beneath the beading. They are refusing to fix and blame poor laminate quality!

Vaidas has been excellent. The job turned out to be a little bit more complicated than anticipated but he coped very well. He is an extremely talented and versatile worker. He very experienced. Henri did a first class job. The door was especially tricky as it had to be made in its entirety - not a ready made or standard door, but from panels and blocks of wood - and to look in period. The shelves also had to fit somewhat un-square Victorian alcoves. The finished items are really very good and extremely well made. I would recommend Henri without reservation.

I can honestly say that Kyle and his team at Future Construction were exceptional in every regard. We had experienced difficulties with a builder prior to Kyle but he proved to be reliable, hardworking and committed to completing our house renovation, a substantial project, on time, within the restrictions of our budget. Kyle, who is very creative designed an extra room within the upstairs , which delighted us.. He is a superb workman and crafts man and his team are brilliant.

Jay left an unfinished job (woodframe for a conservatory) behind , that no other builder can finish The measurements were wrong . He kept 550 pounds for materials he did not provide . This has been 8 months ago . He initially made excuses before stopping answering to my emails altogether.

Do not touch this company he is not reliable Chris Morris or his partner Peter lutterer ! They started my work on a stable conversion and have not done anything right from the start they employ unreliable tradesman and also are not qualified tradesman ! They have contracted the work out to a reputable company as they both have no experience in this sizeable contract ! Please look into his background b4 agreeing any works with either of them ! Very bad experience from start to them not finishing the job !
