The team are very professional all parts of the job were well communicated verbally and quotes before the jobs commenced. The team were punctual communicated well of any unforseen problems and worked the extra into the schedule. Standards of workmanship are of a high standard the bathroom was retiled floor to ceiling and looks amazing unique and finished to a good standard. The team are tidy helpful and I found very honest. Phones emails texts answered instantly really helpful

Dale, did a first class job fitting a toliet and sink in a very small space within a bedroom. Building a partition wall around it. Challenging job, but he did it so well! Also speedy and cleaned the messy up. I would highly recommend .

Had Presitge Construction lay paving for me in the back garden for a shed base and pathway leading back to the house. Matt done a superb job and seems a genuine guy. Very punctual and reliable, great communication and the job came in ahead of time and on budget, really pleased with the finished job! Peter was an excellent worker. He came to quote incredibly quickly and sourced the materials and finished the job two days after. He arrived on time, kept me informed about costs and worked hard. He cleaned up as he went along and was polite and courteous. He provided great value for money too. I would definitely hire him again.

Phil from Greenbank joinery quoted an outstanding price for the job, I was able to make the decision to hire him immediately based on the initial visit to discuss the work and the price I would pay on completion. Phil was polite, friendly, understanding, professional and the quality of his work and how quickly he completed the job was brilliant. I would recommend using Phil to friends and family. Had patrick come fit a flat packed kitchen for us. Turned up when he said he would. No messing just got on with it offered us some excellent advice on other stuff we needed doing aswell, having him back again to carry out other jobs. If only every tradesman was good honest and reliable.

Tom came to quote and gave a figure much higher than expected. I knew before the £500 was too low but to put £1000 seemed OTT. Discussed requirements and Tom researched the prices. Sliding doors were very expensive. We decided on hinged ones instead saving about £200. The final figure was above budget but I felt it was worth it to have the study I wanted. Tom came when said he would and worked hard to complete the project in the time quoted. I like the quality of result and am pleased with the workmanship.
