Paul attended on the day and within the time frame agreed.He immediately struck me as a professional and obviously knew his business.He very quickly assessed the problem and rectified it in a timely manner and assured me that the repairs done would negate any further issues arising in the future.

I would give ten stars if I could ,this young man has made an old lady happy,as simple as the job may have been it has made me feel better for having the light fittings changed which I've been looking at for one year now and it's wonderful to have proper light ...lol ...I will be having more work done by this lovely young man and Thankyou Mike God bless you and see you soon . They said they had to inspect my property first! They unscrewed Electrical Sockets, and did not replace the screws. No work was done to my property. They did not come back, to complete any work. They took £180 of me for what? I have never used Rated People after that.

They were prompt to come. Andrew was very clean as he wore shoe sleves to protect my floor. They were quick in repairing my anthena and now i can see the tv in all rooms. However, estimated phone cost did not match the final price.

Lee Warburton from Lock Hub made an arrangement to visit for a quote, but never arrived and made no attempt to inform me. I then contacted him to arrange another visit for a quote and once again he never turned up, even though I checked with him the day before to ensure that he would honour the arrangement. Consequently, I find it hard to trust someone who does not meet their obligations .

after first contact by email to arrange a call back , we discussed on phone details of the job informed someone might call to look at site sounded good and promising, nothing since! no show , no calls, no emails. the description was clear and the job defined in the advert. Service level offered poor in contact terms , not what I was told and expected from such a large company . Time wasting from 1st reply.
