James quoted to install a ceiling bracket for our office. The quote was very reasonable and after speaking with James I was happy to select VOX/James as our tradesman for this job. He telephoned us prior to arriving on the job, completed the installation in good time and cleaned up post installation. He even took away the boxes and old TV set for us. Bujar was very prompt in response to my initial posting, calling to assess the job within a day and then confirming a start date for the work. He and his team did an excellent job on the hall tiling and also managing the cloakroom plumbing ( moving a sink and toilet) to complete the tiling here. I would highly recommend him and his team for doing a great job.
The company does mainly electric jobs but we also do kitchen and bedroom furniture and fitting, door and floor fitting, painting and decorating, wall and floor tiling. In general we do home improvement - light, security, door bells, roof and fence repairing, plumbing repairing and all kind of repairing around house, office, warehouse and so on.

The porch was contracted for 18 days. Allowing time to finish the job after 6 weeks this was not complete. The new porch looks good from the outside and seems built structurally correctly. Having allowed extra time to finish the job it remained unfinished with adhesive stains on facia boards, internally no gaps filled, sealing nor painting completed. During the process we had to request for various matters to be fixed as they were not done to a reasonable standard. The overall experience was disappointing
