Cristina submitted a professional, detailed quote and proceeded to carry out and complete everything on that quote and more. I was out of the country at the time and was happy to rely on her completely. She went out of her way to search out excellent goods of good quality at reasonable prices, presenting me with photo's by e-mail for me to choose. It is most unusual to find a builder that presents work of this quality on a renovation. She is also a very pleasant young lady to work with. I will certainly be using her again.

Shaun is extremely knowledgeable and came up with a fantastic solution for us. He is professional, great with communication and when our job spec changed, it was not a problem. He turned up on time and the end result far exceeded my expectations. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him.

Mike was professional and reliable. He went out of his way to help us with our home improvements. He plastered and re painted our kitchen and bathroom. He plastered over some cracks in our kichen and did a superb job. I highly recommend for any jobs around your home.

The transformation of the hallway was brilliant and it was finished to a good standard. B.H Construction were very thorough and easily adapted when we changed our minds a couple of times. They were clean, tried very hard to keep the dust levels down and tidied up after themselves. They were very honest, hardworking, punctual and I could trust them to get on with the job.

I would definitely use Igor again. Positives were: - friendly & helpful - accommodated all our changes - good standard of work - stuck to Budget and I believe he genuinely did everything he could to help make our project affordable - has come back to investigate minor issues even after final payment There were some inevitable delays. Some were entirely our fault though - only improvement for future projects would be earlier warnings if delays foreseen.

The lights went out in the kitchen. I contacted Micheal who arrived on time as arranged, he located the first issue and repaired and then saw an extension lead that was getting wet, he fitted a socket on the wall. He ensured that the fuse box was working at full capacity. I found Micheal to be very professional and friendly, good communication on work carried out, explained in layman terms. Left the area clean and tidy. I would definitely contact Micheal for any future work.

Krause reconnected my velux windows and installed my Ring doorbell. He was absolutely brilliant and so professional. He made sure he explained how the windows and doorbell worked and gave me some great advice. An excellent service and I would highly recommend Krause. I will certainly be using his services in the future.
