Endrit and his team were wonderful to work with - friendly and professional and nothing was too much trouble for them, despite me changing aspects of the kitchen renovation and install during the process. Russell attended the site (my home) to discuss the options and provided a prompt and very fair quote which I accepted. The job, (quite significant taking 2 days) was carried out by Jamie and Chris a short while later. They were always very friendly, organised and clean - the work was excellent. OVER A YEAR LATER, and a couple of the lights had stopped working and I contacted Russell. Within 2 days, everything sorted with no charge for the new lights or the service. Not reliable at all. Contacted me straight away. Sweet talked and made it sound he was the perfect person to fit my alarm system.. Gavin came fitted the alarm. Gavin left me a tablet. For the alarm system. He did Not set it up. Also installed the door bell which does not work correctly , nor connect. I have contacted him . He said that he would come around. He has not come around or answered my messages. He is not professional or reliable. I am going to ask him to take he’s equipment and refund fully
