They were originally very good, and very polite and keen to do a proper job. However once it became apparent that the job was a bit fiddly (as I mentioned in the description) they said they would come back. As yet I haven’t heard from them again.

the company promised they have 3 years warranty on their installation. I have since had issues with the installation and reported this to the installer but they have refused to turn up.

Responded quickly and plumber visited today, temporarily stopped the leaking until the pipe can be replaced and bathroom re-fitted / completely re-furbished . Resolved the issue and prevented any further damage.

Very pleased as ASP Electrics took time to work out the very best way of routing the wiring to cause minimum disturbance. They also took every opportunity to "blend in" the wiring where necessary. I felt confident they knew what they were doing.
Arrived on time, very friendly and repair was done very swiftly. Have had a lot of rain since but no leakage to be found.
