Good tradesman, well equipped with quality tools, attention to detail - e.g. the powered plane used to trim doors to fit had a dust bag to collect the shavings was impressive, also first task inside the door was to fit overshoes to protect my new carpets. New screw fixings used as appropriate too to eliminate unknowns. We'd had a pre call on the 'phone to understand these requirements and fully delivered on them. A joiner by trade, he made a good job of repairing the gate but wasn't afraid of working as a handyman carrying heavy things up from the cellar to the shed & cleaning down the rafters & walls thoroughly. Handyman, most aspects of work undertaken
Came to fit a new shower tray and enclosure 19/12 and fit a lintel over a fire which was done well.However the shower we found 2 days after, due to waiting for sealant to dry, is unusable as the water does not drain away and floods the floor, also the tiles they put on around the shower fell off the wall as they were not stuck on properly before grout. I had paid them the day the job was done .I asked Paul to rectify it and he said he would on 31/12,then didn't attend & told me to get another plumber !
