Stephen and Damo did an excellent job of removing part of a wall and installing an RSJ. He was quick to send over a quote, was able to fit in the work before Christmas and generally did an excellent job with it all. Steve took our fireplace ideas and made them into exactly what we wanted. Professional and polite throughout, he worked hard to get the job done. Trustworthy enough to leave with a key to our house whilst we were at work, and kept us up to date with what he had done and what he had left to do. Craig and the team provided exceptional service. From first contact, Craig was friendly, informative, approachable and professional. I was reassured by his background in civil engineering, giving great confidence in his experience. Craig's quote was competitive. The work was completed on time to a very high standard and the lads left the garden clean and tidy. Despite costs increasing during the job, Craig kept to the estimate. I cannot fault the service provided and can't recommend Craig highly enough.
